Coaching – Support in Difficult Phases

In May 2004 Ms Sybille Heinemann, owner of Sybille Heinemann e.K. Personal- und Managementberatung from Magdeburg/Germany and her colleague Ms Christiane Behrens obtained their certificate as a certified coach from the German Association for Personnel Management in Berlin. The training took six months and was conducted under professional direction of Ms L. Lohkamp and Mr P. Friedrichs (Munich) in Berlin. In numerous practical examples the holistic approach of coaching was imparted, which will also be put into practice in the future work of Ms Heinemann and Ms Behrens. Coaching, a term with a lot of different definitions, means to both women helping people to help themselves in difficult occupational or private phases of life.
