Sybille Heinemann e.K. Personal- und Managementberatung offers a professional support in providing and selecting apprentices for different areas to companies. As a service provider it designs and accomplishes company-specified, one-day test procedures, also known as assessment centres. This test is divided into several parts and e.g. soft skills are checked. However, the testing of practical capacities forms the most important part.
