Sybille Heinemann e.K. Personal- und Managementberatung from Magdeburg/Germany met 21 representatives of different Chinese companies in the house of the German Foundation of International Development in Magdeburg on the 6th of May 2004.

The representatives from several industries in China, like Automotive Engineering, Banking or Electronic Industries, are attending a training course about Human Resource Management in Germany from 19th of April to 27th of July. In addition to a set of lectures and seminars the businessmen will visit some industrial companies in Saxony-Anhalt. The executives and managers will also travel to Berlin and Munich.
Li Xiang from Shanxi Automobile Co. Ltd. was very pleased about the programme to learn about the structure of German companies as well as about cultural aspects.
The stay of the foreign visitors is organised by ICON-INSTITUT GmbH in Aachen/Germany.

Ms Sybille Heinemann, owner of the Personal- und Managementberatung, gave a lecture about the trends and developments of the personnel consultancy market in Germany. Furthermore she spoke in front of a very interested audience about new methods and strategies in the personnel work. The following discussion with the Chinese representatives showed similarities but also differences in the economic development in both countries. The change of the economic system after the German Unification and the involved tasks for the newly formed German States were also an interesting point.

At the end of the meeting Ms Sybille Heinemann was very pleased to have the possibility to meet because it supports not only International Understanding. This kind of meeting also provides a basis for economic contact initiation. Another meeting for exchange of experiences was planned.
