for our workshops, trainings, seminars, etc.

Contractual partners
Contractual partners are Sybille Heinemann e.K. Personal- und Managementberatung, in the following called organiser, and the recipient of services, in the following called customer.
Location of the activities
The activities take place in by us predefined training classrooms or directly at the customer’s. Detailed Information will be announced in the registration document.

Registration
Registration for our offered activities is only binding in written form, i.e. via e-mail, fax or mail.Due to a limited number of participants the registrations are considered according to the order of entry and we will acknowledge them in written form.

Participation fee and Maturity
The amount of participation fee complies with the type of the respective activity and is predefined by us.The participation fee becomes due immediately and without deduction after the sended invoice has been received. Only a payment receipt up to 7 days before the activity starts enables the attendance. A respective proof of payment has to be shown to the organiser before the activity starts.

Cancellation
An effective cancellation of the attendance to one of our offered activities can only be accepted in written form.The cancellation of the attendance is free of charge up to 30 days before the activity starts. Up to the 15th day before the activity starts, we account an amount of 50 percent of the participation fee. From the 15th day on we account the whole participation fee.

Activity Cancellation
If an activity has to be cancelled due to organisational or other reasons, the already paid participation fee will be refunded without any deduction. Other claims cannot be asserted.
The customer will be informed about the cancellation via e-mail, fax or telephone, not later than 5 working days before the starting date of the activity.
In the case of a cancellation of the activity because of unpredictable reasons (e.g. sudden affection of the activity leader, minimum attendance was not reached) or because of acts of nature beyond control, an alternate date – if available – or, in any case, the refund of the participation fee will be offered.

Liability
The attendance to the by us organised activity lies in the area of responsibility of the customer. We assume no liability for the given knowledges and the resulting success.
Furthermore we assume no liability for any items the customer brings to the activity, or for any other direct damages and costs, inclusive loss of salary, lost win or claims of third parties, loss of data, travel costs, consequential damages or financial loss of any kind.

Final Clause
German law applies and jurisdiction is the County Court Magdeburg/Germany.
These general terms and conditions stay authoritative in all remaining parts if single conditions are legally ineffective. Ineffective conditions are to be replaced by conditions, which are comparable to the economic purpose of the ineffective ones. Changes and supplements to these conditions have to be conducted in written form.
