Our client is an internationally successful company from the technology sector and is building a new location south of Magdeburg. Therefore we are looking for determined and committed personalities to support the team.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Establishment of an efficient organizational structure in the area of logistics of modern construction elements
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of a team, personnel development as well as personnel acquisition
- Support in the strategic and operational handling of logistics processes (goods receipt, warehousing, material provisioning, order picking, etc.)
- Organization and implementation of order-related picking, as well as an merchandise planning and control system (Warehouse SAP)
- Further development of lean management (problem solving processes, value stream, etc.), as well as developing and executing of internal company standards
Ihr Profil
- Successfully completed engineering degree (logistics, industrial engineering, supply chain management, industrial engineering and management)
- Preferably several years of experience in a similar position
- Enjoy structuring logistical processes and their operational implementation
- Independent, conceptual and analytical way of thinking and working
- Problem solving ability, reliability and good communication skills
- Good MS Office as well as SAP R/3 (MM, PP) skills advantageous
- Independent and autonomous working style and strong organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills
